Jeff sought out the knowledge and help from many Bay Area Golf Instructors and gives credit to 3 former PGA Tour Players for mentoring his golf game into what it is today. Jeff graduated from the PGA program in 1993 so he could make a career from the game he loves. Before Jeff came to Poppy Ridge Golf Course, he worked at Half Moon Bay Golf Links, Del Rio Country Club and the historic Olympic Club in San Francisco. As a Golf Professional at the Olympic Club Jeff was exposed to many of the games greatest teachers, players and golf tournaments. During 1998, he was on the Professional Staff when the Olympic Club hosted the United States Open.
Jeff’s instructional method encompasses a vast array of techniques to teach every level of golfer. Golf swing fundamentals and a solid understanding of swing mechanics are the core focus with all students.
